In order to use the NeckFit: Posture & Exercises application smoothly. effective and can be used as a system for providing guidance and teaching of exercise postures on the online channel smoothly. Users of the service, please read the terms of use carefully. and must accept and comply with the terms and conditions of service of the Hip Mobility Exercises application

When the user starts using the NeckFit: Posture & Exercises application, the user accepts that it is the user’s responsibility to use it based on keeping himself safe at all times. Please check that users are ready before using or starting to perform exercises every time with the following conditions.

  1. The user does not have any broken bones (there is more swelling than normal).
  2. The user does not have a broken bone. Broken and still not completely healed
  3. The user has not been in an accident within the past 48 hours.
  4. The user does not have a surgical wound that has not completely healed.

The guidelines for performing exercises with both still and animated images of exercises in the NeckFit: Posture & Exercises app were created by certified experts and designed with safety in mind. However, if users still unfamiliar with using the service or are you just starting out with doing exercises to stretch your muscles, please use the application carefully, do not force your body too much. and must follow the instructions as far as the user’s body is able to do it appropriately

If the user injures the user himself It means that the service user agrees to take care of the service user’s body themselves. and the company that developed the NeckFit: Posture & Exercises application is not responsible in any way.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account. Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
  • Geolocation Information. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s), to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
  • Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

Verification process

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. Verification process
