How to Delete Your NeckFit Account
We understand that you may want to delete your NeckFit account, and we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. You can delete your account directly within the app by following these steps:
Steps to Delete Your Account
1. Open the NeckFit App
Launch the app on your device and log in with your account.
2. Go to Settings
Tap on the Settings icon located in the menu to access your account preferences.
3. Select Account Management
Tap Scroll down and select Account Management to view account-related options.
4. Choose “Delete Account”
Tap on the Delete Account option and review the important information displayed.
5. Confirm Deletion
Confirm your decision by following the on-screen prompts. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Important Notes
- Once you delete your account, all your data, including progress and personalized settings, will be permanently erased. This action cannot be undone.
- If you have an active subscription, ensure you cancel it through your app store before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
